At fist when I moved in I had no problems, it was quite, and the staff treated you with respect and helped you with any and all of your concerns. Then one summer the staff changed, they hire security guard that would harrass you and your children (15 and under) for no good reason. It even got to the point that the security guards would make false complaints about me, suppossedly making noise during the hours that I was at work and no one was home. I couldn't even sit on my front steps without receiving a letter of complaint from the office stating that I was loittering! Upon speaking to my neighbors I learned that I was not the only tenant that was going through this situation. Several tenants had made complaints to the office that the security guards were taking pictures of the female tenants on theif cell phones, when this was brought up to the office manager Eric he stated that "this was for security purposes". One security guard would hang out at the laundry facility speaking on his cell phone telling the other person on the line of all the sexual acts that he couldn't wait to do to that person. The office manager did nothing to these allegations except evict people or attemp to get their housing terminated so that the tenant could not afford to live their and had no choice but to move. Do not move their if you can help it!
