Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Nice units however fairly pricey for what can be found nearby. However, the pool area is nice and there is adequate separate storage in the basement. Floors squeak and can be a problem if you live under someone. If looking to save money this is not the best place since the rent often increases.
