Very Bad Apartment I have ever been

The apartment maintanance is not at all good. One day some water pipe was broke in an apartment just above my apartment and drifted all over my apartment. Everything is wet and not in working condition. I had a pricey camcoder,camera,laptop and other costly stuff soaking in water and apartment wont take a freaking responsibility. My car is not safe in the lot. Some one broke into my car and stole pricey mp3 stereo and other stuff from the car. Pool is a joke.
