What can I say other than I am utterly dissapointed. The maintenance guy John makes it a point to work on Sundays taking furniture from occupied appartments and the hallways. Now they removed all the furniture in the hallways accusing tennants of stealing them. thier solution to things that break are to remove them and make us go with out. when we moved here we moved here cause of the appearance and now the place looks like a ---- hole. the manager here acts as if nothing really matters they seldom come to our building and do anything to improve it. theres holes in the walls, the doors do not lock when they close they advertise a lock and key entrance security system but the locks are broken anyways. The maintenance supervisor if he would focus on cleaning the build'ssss up instead of trying to score with the woman in the rental office maybe the place wouldnt be so bad. as far as security its not existant. the tennents in 118,218,318 are all teenagers smoking pot drinking in the hallways when we call the local police we dont get any assistance. maybe the woman in the rental office meets with the police chief for "exercise" the whole thing is a joke. they mess up on billing. as far as what We have seen in the last yr and a half I think the rent should decrease cause its not what we originally signed for on the lease agreement. As to the parking the retards that work here will tow residents cars but they wont do a dam thing to people that frequent the bar next to us and dont even have parking tags from the appartment complex. as to the military guy that was ripped off I over heard the maintenance john bragging to Don of how he lied of the toilet boltd and to be honest our toilet isn't bolted down either
