I live at Montcalm and am shocked by how this site makes the place look. I've lived here for over 2 years and have found the rental person and the maintenance staff to be accommodating and efficient. As far as the comments written about the cats, I think that comment shows that they are on top of things. I'm glad that they take care of problems that would affect other people -- like the smell of cats in our hallways. Don't forget, people only tend to write about the bad stuff -- I'm here to tell you that it is a good place. Don't believe everything you hear!!!!
