When I looked at the apartment the leasing agent rushed me through, not explaining or trying to sell me on any parts of it at all. All she cared about was returning to the leasing office. But the apartment was nice enough so I said I'd rent one. I knew it wasn't going to be the one I viewed. And I asked where the one I was going to get faced. No answer. Sure would have been nice to know where my apartment was. Could have maybe walked past it so I'd know. I should have taken that as a sign. I moved in on a Friday and wanted to do laundry the following Saturday but since the leasing agent never told me I needed to buy a laundry card to use the on-site facilities which I had to find myself, I had to take my laundry to a laundromat on the first Saturday I lived there. Sure would have been nice to have been told about the laundry cards. But apparently on the days when I viewed the apartment and moved in the leasing must have been in the middle of a juicy novel.

This apartment complex is full of gossipers, starting with the leasing agent. If you don't want your neighbors to know something about you, certainly don't tell the leasing agent. And if you have a problem with noise or some other neighbor nuisance that needs attention, the leasing agent's response is rolling her eyes. Yep, that's the best you results you can expect. Often times she'll wait until you turn your back to roll her eyes.

Forget about entering or exiting the apartment building through the front door. There is a peanut gallery always sitting on the sofa by the door or they're sitting out on the bench, smoking, filling your lungs with second-hand smoke as you pass through. And there are always comments and questions. The peanut gallery is extremely nosy AND opinionated AND bold.

The recycling bins are NEVER emptied, so if you're environmentally conscious, this is not the place for you. The housekeeper throws all the overflow from the recycling bins into the trash.

There is on-site storage. However, it's locked because of so much theft. To use it one must beg for a key from the leasing agent. Good luck on that one. Often times I needed something from my storage unit but couldn't get it because it was raining outside and the leasing agent went home early because she's afraid of the rain, snow, clouds, and maybe even the blue sky.

And the swimming pool...Yes, there's a pool. It's where all the drunks, druggies, smokers hang out all summer and they rant about the apartment complex. The pool water gets very cloudy, probably from all the screaming and yelling kids peeing.

If you want peace of mind and you want to mind your own business this is definitely not the place for you. If you want a quiet space to inhabit, this is not the place for you. The walls and floors are not even close to sound-proof. Many people move there from Holyoke and blast their music, slam their doors and YELL IN SPANISH. No, this is not a quiet place.

I often wondered if the leasing agent has spent even a second of her time as leasing agent thinking about how she might make this place a nicer home for the tenants. My guess the answer to that is "no". However, sadly, the leasing agent does spend time thinking about the tenants, male tenants, that is. Several have moved out because of her. Who knows how many tenants she has dated.

Written by an obviously mentally ill person-if this place is so bad , why do you stay?? Better be careful, you can be held liable for slander and libel.

If you checked the dates of my residency, you'd see I moved out long ago. I just found this great ratings website and thought I'd add my experience to the fold. Label me mentally ill if you must. But what's with the threat? Are you the leasing agent?

I thought this review was exceptionally helpful, thank you for your honest insight! I will make sure to avoid this place as I search for my first apartment. And don't let petty insults from bitter people discourage you from ever giving your opinion. It is much needed and appreciated!

I am currently looking for an apartment in this area. I plan to still look into this facility. This review is so full of an obvious personal vendetta against the staff, clearly a personal issue that you decided to cowradly hide behind the internet to vent.
