I live at Montcalm and came across this site. I am surprised at what a few people are saying. There are about 200 apartments here and the people I talk to like it very much. It's unfortunately that one bad apple spoils the bunch. Don't believe everything you hear. My experience with the office people and maintenance has been positive. They do what they promise and have always been nice to me!!
