I lived there short term in a studio, corner unit. Nice apartment, maintenance staff was prompt and curtious, ample parking, and quick & frequent snow removal. Washer/dryer was close by, heat/ac in room was a bit tricky (turns out there was a switch in my closet, I didn't realize). Extremely reasonabe rates for the area. People were friendly when passing by and mostly kept to themselves. If it weren't for having to relocate due to work I'd have stayed. Selling point for me: short term leases available w/out needing to pay extra.
