Fairly new to the apartment building but so far, it's been great! The landlord is nice and always avaiable...quick to fix any small problems that may arise. With all utilities minus electricity included, rent is amazing. Located right in the center of town, there is a lot in walking distance...great restaurant/bar across the street! Groceery store and gas stations VERY close. Apartment is on the large size and building is maintained nicely. In an old mill building, outside is brick and has an old but quaint look to it! Other tenents overall friendly and the indoor pool/sauna is a big plus! Only drawback is SMALL laundry room. Kitchen has built in microwave above stove and dishwasher which I love!! broadband internet and digital cable ready which is nice. Water pressure is good but sometimes at early morning (6:30am) only luke warm water in shower. Very quiet, only hear neighbors on occasion. Main doors locked with a security camera which makes us feel safe. Overall Would recommend this complex!!
