I've lived at Oxford Court for almost 2 years now.
Only drawbacks are occasional noise and a mixed assortment of renters. There is a large immigrant population and a mix of families, couples, and singles. People of all ages live here. I can usually hear my neighbor's alarm clock, television, and dishwasher - but that's apartment life. Teens in the apartment have at times vandalized the elevators and other common areas. On some nights the local bar crowds can be heard in the street, but are not a problem. Don't be fooled by the camera in the entrance - it's never on.
The apartments themselves are nice, clean, and up to date. Lots of closet space and good heat & a/c. They are currently renovating the pool and gym area which will be wonderful! The management is very nice and helpful, quick to fix things if needed. The location is great - minutes to major highways and shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful town common are within walking distance. Rent includes everything but electricity and is fairly decent for rent these days. The laundry rooms are always clean and elevators always working. Parking is usually okay and snow removal was better this year. They repaved the lot last summer. I usually feel pretty safe walking from the far end of the lot to the entrance late at night. Overall, I'd recommend Oxford Court.
