I have lived here for 11 years. During this time, pool has been alright. Yes, it was closed for a while but reopened with a whole new makeover. Very nice now.
Fitness center recently remodeled and is usable. Yes it may be small but has the basics and there is no extra charge for this. It is also open 24 hours.
Maintenance has a good response time and office staff is nice and friendly. I've never had a problem of fearing my safety no matter what time the day or night I'm walking thru.
