This place turned out to be nothing that I assumed. It is very dirty. Desperately needs remodeling. Cracks throughout the walls. Fitness room equipment is very out of date and most equipment is unusable. The saunas are broken and don't even work. They don't plan on fixing them. There is mold growing in many apartments. What really pisses me off though, is when you don't come home right away there is absolutely no parking. You are forced to park all the way down the back of a completely different building. This poses a big issue come winter time. The town doesnt allow residents to park on the street close to the building due to plowing issues meaning less available parking for the hundreds of residents already living here. As for management, they are all nice when they get you in here, then after your hear completely bitchy. I cant wait till my lease expires because I'm out of here! If you have kids, definately not a place to have them because there is NOOOOO where for them to be kids without getting yelled at.

They constantly raise the rent but what everyone to stay, The management took over our only community room, for there office and still mention it as a amenity. The management treats the people that live there like they are slum lords, Last summer in 100 Degree weather the air conditioning was out all summer so most people had to go out and buy air conditioning units for there apartment. but oxford court charges as part of rent air conditioning then reimbursed people $50.00 for not being able to use the air conditioning for the entire summer. There has been word of bed bugs and tenets being bullied... The property manager is one of the most selfish wrong doing people I have ever come across..Hopefully when she leaves someone better will take over
