After seeing prior residents posts I figured I would post on a more pleasant note. I have been a resident at Avalon Danvers for a year (and three months exact)and I am happy to have signed up for another year at such a nice community. The management office has got their hands full with sucha large property and still finds the time for individual courtesy. They are always pleasant, even when I call in the silliest maintenance issues (which are far, few and between). They are always hosting events for us to attend (the pizza is great!)- it seems they really are commited to their residents (no pun intended!)The fact that I don't need to take time out of my crazy day to run my rent to the office is huge-instead I can pay it with my credit card! I thought that was something pretty cool. Overall, I'm glad I chose this property over others. My neighbors are really great and I don't seem to experience any of the problems previous people have posted

Again...smells like management! Leasing office is more then unfriendly and very unhelpful!

The idiots from the Leasing Office took this crap STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BROCHURE for godsake!!!! Let me reiterate what others have said... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
