It's a shame that this place has been given such negative reviews. I honestly don't understand why. There really isn't anything to complain about. Parking isn't an issue, no bugs present to my knowledge and landscaping is average. The office help really aren't bad at all. In fact, they are very professional in appearance and do take care of business. The tenants (some not all) leave a little to be desired, but that is everywhere. I've always lived in apartment buildings so maybe it's just what I'm use to, but I can't really give any negative feedback and would highly recommend this place to anyone (with or without children)!!

Great post management! Aren't bikes not suppose to be on decks? I'm pretty sure that's the policy you have? If you can let me know that'd be great... thanks!!

This is an awful place! When I left they charged me a 12 hour cleaning charge...I have photos of my clean place I will post after my lawyer finishes. I had a small 2 bedroom about 1,000sq feet do the numbers...an hour per square foot is insane!! Not to mention the cleaning people were their maintance people not cleaning people. They also charged to repaint and that was 8 hours. Humm it takes longer to clean then tape and paint? Plus isn't paint a "normal wear and tear item"? They also charged a fee to clean the clean carpets. To me they are rip off artists...and my lawyer has informed the Atourney generals office as well. I was sad to hear that there are some preditors that live in the houses below that are very dangerous if they get out as well. So I advise anyone to stay away and go to the local police and do your homework to see who lives in those homes especially if you have children! Scary...yes, very!
