Run away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I rent from Cranebrook realty and I would never recommend it again. Its cheap, but the maintenance crew is crap. They don't care about anything that goes wrong and it takes months for them to come and fix things that break. They tore apart my wall to get to the chimney to fix it and three years later have not painted or even properly fixed the dry wall. My toilet is about to fall through to my downstairs neighbor because the floor is sinking in due to rot and the tiles are popping off. There is a leak behind the wall in my shower that they don't care to fix. My fridge broke and it took them a month to replace it.... The list could go on. They don't care about their property at all. All they care about is the money. I don't recommend living here at all.
