I've been living in the complex for about a month now and I have to say its a real nice place to live. Unlike a certain nearby former state hospital complex, the staff are friendly and work to get things done for you. No place is perfect, but overall I am happy here. The property is quiet, clean, and well kept. There is plenty of parking. The lobby is always clean and well lit. The security doors work well. And the residents seem friendly. Overall, out of all the options out there, Endicott Green stands out as one of the best, and i've seen quite a few. Plus, it has one great thing going for it, its not owned by Avalon!

Obviously this is written by the staff..no sane resident of endicott green would actually write this kind of review...my suggestion..move to avalon! don't rent here..my lease is up soon and I can't wait to move!
