I have lived at Endicott Green for a year and a half and will be moving out very soon. I have just recently experienced some major errors committed by the staff in the leasing office that has led to the dissolution of my confidence in them to handle any of my personal information relating to my apartment. During the course of 3 weeks, 3 careless errors (1 of them extremely major) were made by the staff and when I spoke with the community manager all three times, she seemed completely disinterested about my complaints, and even pushed me out the door so that she could take a personal call on her cell phone. I had to go above her to the Regional Manager at Northland before I got any sort of apology and result. I've never had any issues with the leasing office until this spring and find it completely due to the fact that the community manager position changed over in February/March. The apartments are nice and quiet for the most part, but the staff is completely incompetent. I have little to no confidence in them to handle a property of this size.

There is plenty of parking due to the amount of move-outs within the past couple of months.

They started allowing for dogs 75 lbs. or less and there's been a noticeable difference in the amount of dog poop all over the grounds even with the dog stations available.

Maintenance is slow to respond, especially if they go into the wrong apartment without you knowing or giving your permission to enter and doing work in the wrong unit!

I have to strongly disagree with this statement above. The staff is more than helpful and I could not imagine that anyone of them would push someone out the door to take a phone call unless a family member is dieing. Every time I have dealt with the staff they are very helpful and give me all of their attention. I have also noticed there have been a lot of people moving in. I also over heard the people talking by the pool and the community is completely full! I would also love to add how clean and appealing the community grounds are. It is well maintained and kept up with the new flowers and mowing. I have only seem dog poop once and the owner came right back out and picked it up. I have had a total of 4 work orders and the maintenance crew has come to my rescue in seconds. I am very pleased with how time they are and how knowledgeable they are about the property.

I also disagree. The staff is super friendly and has always dropped whatever they were doing to help. Perhaps there was some family emergency that caused them to take a personal call so quickly. You should not be so quick to judge. And as for the dog droppings, you will notice that most of the dog droppings are not from the larger breeds, but from the small breeds. I hardly ever see any, but when I do, it is always small.

I totally agree I think the staff is horrible. The only person in the office that has a clue is the asst. manager. The manager her self is rude, and doesn't take the time to answer questions or think twice before opening her mouth. I myself would love to call her boss too. I have a few issues with her.

The new manager is definitely a problem. I was badly injured and being denied care at multiple hospitals. There were instances of retaliation and rape at the hospitals. The police were contacted to provide some protection and assistance and they only made things worse. I was abused by a security person who turned out to be a state trooper. He was never held accountable for out of control behavior. The new manager decided to not renew my contract because I was an injured victim of crime. She and the other staff failed to stop noise from dirt bikes in a yard next to the complex. Many of the staff people were friendly and helpful. The maintenance/engineering chief helped me to move out.
