I moved in about a month and a half ago and I love it. I have been reading the reviews on here and I don't agree with them. It is a very quiet complex and I hardly ever hear any of our neighbors. I have lived in other apartment buildings like this and you could hear every step the upstairs neighbors took. Thats not the case here. The buildings are very well maintained.

As for the dog situation, I have seen maybe one occasion where someone did not clean up after their dog. Other than that, everyone cleans up. I am not sure why some other people are complaining, as this is not an issue AT ALL. When I first moved in, the dog waste pick up station closest to me was empty, I notified the office, and they now make rounds to check to make sure there are bags. It hasn't run out since.

Parking is very easy to find. People tend to flood the parking spaces in the front of the buildings, but when you drive around back there is ample parking. The pool is very well maintained and an awesome feature. My one complaint is that it does get very busy on the weekends, but what can you expect!

Maintenance is very nice here. All you have to do is email the office and they submit a request. I read another review saying that they entered without permission. Just be sure to tell them over the phone that they are not to come in unless you are home and they won't. They assume that since you are requesting a repair, they can come in. If you just tell them, you won't have that problem.

Another review was complaining about not being able to get ahold of anyone because they worked during the office hours. The office here is open on the weekends too, so there really is no excuse. I wish there were more people working in the office though, as sometimes it seems busy down there.

This really is a great place to live. I hate having to turn around on the highway since there is no back entrance, but oh well! The apartments are super clean, and they are new. I love it here and I would def recommend it.

***Update***
I just wanted to add a little bit about parking. I wasn't aware that there was a parking issue at all, but recently they started getting really tough about visitor's parking in visitor spots. Maybe it was a problem in other buildings, but my building always has tons of open spots. Anyway, they sent like 5 flyers to every door saying that visitors had to park in the designated areas. And for a while there were having tow trucks here at night towing violators away. Which was fair, as there was ample warning. They have since expanded the visitor parking area and added more spots. They do listen to resident inpu

I think this is the most accurate review of the property as it stands today (March 2009). My apartment is the best place I have lived in and considering I have lived in apartments all over New England and NYC, Endicott Green is by far the best. I hardly see anyone and when I do, everyone is friendly. I love how it is VERY quiet and the public areas are clean. I very much enjoy having my own washer and dryer in my unit (a luxury in NYC) AND a dishwasher to boot! The rooms are spacious and my master bath is amazing. The best part about Endicott Green is the fact that they do allow big dogs - it's the main reason we chose this community as opposed to the similar community in Salem that had a weight restriction (25 lbs? that's a cat, not a real dog!)There are some dog droppings that haven't been picked up (the small dogs' I've noticed), but in all the majority of dog owners are responsible. It's always the stupid few who ruin it for everyone.
