I have been living at Endicott Green for more than 6 months now and love it here! Everyone is very friendly and the staff is extremely helpful. Every time I have a problem with my apartment or just in general they are always willing to drop what they are doing and give me their undivided attention.

The community adopted the policy to have large dogs a few months ago. I thought it might be a big deal but it's not! There is no poop on the property and all the owners are very respectful about keeping their dogs quiet.

Since I stepped foot in the leasing office, the first day I was looking for an apartment, the leasing agent was very helpful and cheerful. She took time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. Of course I had numerous questions after that and she was very professional and got back to me in a timely matter. She also kept everything (my file and personal conversations) confidential which made me trust the staff even more.

I love how the gym is never full so I have enough options for equipment usage. Also the heated pool is an excellent pass time to bring my friends and family down to when they are visiting. I also love how close it is to major highways, beaches, and cities! Also the property is very appealing to the eye, it has great landscaping and looks beautiful with all the flowers in bloom.

I have lived in a verity of private apartment homes and apartment communities. By far this is the best one yet! I never hear my neighbors, my utilities are under $50 each month, maintenance always services my apartment in a timely matter, and the office is extremely helpful and pleasant! I highly recommend living at Endicott Green to all my friends, family, everyone :)

I've lived in this complex for 2 years. The only reason I continue to stay is because of the location. After reading the above review, I couldn't help but think this came from the property manager herself, as it is completely inaccurate. It contradicts issues many of us have had regarding confidential information floating around in the office, the fact that you are allowed 2 guests to the pool, so the above mention of family members and friends being brought to the pool, is inaccurate, as today, most families have more than 2 members, so the entire family could not enjoy the pool during the same visit.

I think this is an accurate review, even if it does come from a property manager. I don't think people are very strict about the 2 person guest thing at the pool unless it is really busy. I don't think there have been many problems with that. The only thing I would disagree on is the utilities being under $50 a month. We pay about $30 a month in water, and about $120 in electric, but we use the a/c a lot. We haven't been here in the winter, so I can't comment on the heating bill yet.

The windows are not well insulated so the electric bill will go up in the winter. I warned about a section of slippery ice outside of one of the complex doors. No one responded and someone fell and they were sued. The fire department and the management failed to respond to blocked main exit after an elevator broke down and people left their large pieces of furniture in the hallway. I was denied housing by the manager for issues I had no control over. I live in extended stay now.

yes, this has to be management writing this because it is full of crap! Big dogs! Huge dog poop everywhere! I had a guest over recently and there was so much dog poop, they got totally sick over it and I was embarrassed! I think it is sick, I sit here and watch people let the dogs poop and they walk away! Another thing, $50 a month??? for what? that would be just the water of one person! I live alone and my heat, to which I never use is over $150 a month!!!!! and then there is keyspan, there is 40-50 for water, then they will keep sending you bills for sewage. So NO WAY $50 bucks, that is just a down right LIE! pool? I lived down the pool, you are suppose to have just 2 guests. NOT 2 dozen people! I have not been able to enjoy the dirty pool anymore due to dirty, trashy people coming down talking on there cell phones and disrupting everything! and yes, the grounds USED to look nice, but since Cindy took over, it just looks trashy. Lets face it people. They are so hard up to get people in, it is losers that they are putting in here! Oh, they also charge $200 bucks to use the party room! I have never paid over 75 for something like that! just ...do not rent, you will be stuck like me!

Wait to you live here for 3 1/2 years and I'm 100% sure your thoughts of this place will be totally the opposite. I've been living here since 6/3/06 and ever since Maria Sullivan left as the Manager and Also Ken( who ALWAYS called each apartment and told us we had a package at the office. Now they just sit in the office until you know you have a package delivered by UPS.com & you have 3 packages instead of one), This place SUCKS!! Plus it smells so bad in the lobby of Building # 2- smoke and dog poop combined!
