staff fail to respond to noise complaints of neighbours and fellow residents. security staff is abusive. poor upkeep until recently but good snow removal and parking. danvers police known to be abusive. management failing to manage situations and keep up with computer and printer in business center. was much more fun during first year but has changed with new staff. nice setting next to watershed with great bird sounds all the time.

I find that it is very quiet here. This is my 4th apartment, and by FAR the most soundproof. We hardly even know we have neighbors. In fact, the only time we hear people is when out neighbor directly across the hall is opening or closing his front door. Or if we have our windows open in the summer and people are outside. I wouldn't know anything about the Danvers police or them being abusive. I also can't say anything about the business center as I don't use it. I have computer and printer in my apartment. Very quiet here. Love it!

after being very badly battered by noise by a psychopath in a middleton apartment and sustaining severe injuries, i specifically asked for building 4 to be "the quiet building". i could hear the people upstairs having sex and could hear little dogs crying and barking when their owners were away. for the last two years, some boys were allowed to ride very loud dirt bikes on a property behind building 4. i asked the police to file a 51a on them and to respond to my multiple complaints about the excessive noise but they were unable or unwilling to comply. the staff did not assist in any significant way even though i presented it as a quality of life issue for many of their clients. i called multiple other police stations to see if they would reinforce the "disturbing the peace" issue to the danvers police. the situation escalated out of control, resulting in an assault and battery at beverly hospital er by a psych nurse (unnecessary forced medication) and an abusive psych hospitalization at the arbour where they are engaged in systemic fraud and patient abuse. when i first moved in, i was verbally assaulted by a state trooper in training who was asked to help out with security issues in the computer room. he was too unstable and too poorly trained to manage this simple task appropriately. another security man was also verbally abusive to clients. initially, i initiated contact with the danvers police and ended up in jail with multiple criminal charges against me. they have apparently refused to evaluate the crimes committed against me. i lost the apartment because of all these issues and now live in motels...
