On July 19th my air condioning system stopped working with temps already appoaching 90 degrees I called the office with my problem and within minutes I had a call back from the maintaince personal.My problem was resolved in a very timely and efficent manner. From the office staff to the maintaince staff you are second to none.

I agree here. I have had mixed experiences. Some maintenance calls are super fast and very thorough. One went unanswered though (we never followed up, we fixed it ourselves). The office staff is very friendly, but sometimes difficult to track down and sometimes unclear in their conversations. I often leave that office very confused! But overall, nothing to complain about! They get their job done!

I just moved in and have had nothing but a great experience. I know that they have had change in staff in the office, so maybe that caused some confusion.
