I have to say the area and apartments are wonderful with everything you will need. But the boss's running the show are completely clueless and careless about everything. They lose records and payment info and it's been nothing but a year head aches for me. Very unprofessional staff who just looks at digits on paper and dont look at the situation from your view. There is a "home" right next door to the Endicott Green apartments and they do nothing but ride there dirt bike and party all summer. Very aggrivating I have to say.

I have to say my experience has been likewise. I have lived here for two years and can't wait to move. It has been constant stress for the past 7 months. The management has lost more than 8 rent payments and have threatened to evict us more than a few times. Every time I have had to show them proof of payment and all they can say is "oh, ok." No one should ever have that kind of worry when they haven't done anything wrong. For the last 2 months I have had to place our rent checks in the managers hand just so there is never any doubt that we paid. This apartment is not worth all of that!

I had a terrible time when I lived at this complex because of the noise from a Dalton St. home where 2 boys were allowed to play with dirt bikes and a 4 wheeler. The management refused to intervene and the police failed to protect the peace, getting into useless arguments about the lack of a noise ordinance. Very disruptive if one is living near the back of building four of the complex. When I first moved in the staff members were fun and responsive, but over time, the complex lost money and new, more malignant managers were brought in. I was actively scapegoated by the staff and forced to leave. Don't take the risk of living here.
