We have lived here for a little over two years and we are trying to move out. The property manager is rude and maintenance is awful. The windows are so drafty that our curtains move with a slight breeze (keep in mind heat is not paid for), the tiles are falling off our bathroom walls, my kitchen cabinets are cracked, my bathroom sink is no longer attached to my bathroom wall, my kitchen light keeps shorting out due to a leak from the upper apartment and yesterday I noticed the ceiling was crumbling a bit. The sewer has backed up in to my apartment, I have been flooded twice and we had a large leak from the upstairs neighbor's washing machine (they are not allowed in the apartments and noting was done by management). The management is also trying to tell us we owe money for a month that we proved payment for. Our car had something stolen from it and my next door neighbor's car had the windows smashed and things stolen out of it. There is also no deadbolt on our door after we requested one. There was damage done from a large chemical plant explosion that was never attended to. In a word this place is Horrible and not worth the high rents they are getting for it and the rents are raised every year with no improvements done to the units.
