Horrible management! - I have to say the area and apartments are wonderful with everything you will need. But the boss's running the show are completely clueless and careless about everything. Not treated with respect This community only cares about getting paid and not about their residents. Beware as the yearly renewal rent rate increases by incremental amounts ($50 in my case), even in these hard economic times.

Excellent We have lived in a one bedroom here for a year and are now moving into a two bedroom in the same complex. Everyone here is tremendously helpful and pleasant. The few times anything has broken in the apartment, the maintenance crew was over here within minutes, even on a Sunday night.
