Stolen security deposit! Stole our security deposit. Charged us our FULL deposit for "damage" to 4-year-old carpet that was not even new at move-in. Avalon had NO RESPONSE to MA Attorney General or BBB regarding our complaint. Outrageous pet rents. Pool much too small for amount of tenants.

Good Until Now Quick on repairs and everything they are willing to support. If there is something they do not want to do like provide keys for visitors, they will tell you they will look into it and call you back but don't, even if you ask multiple times.
