The common areas have little to no grass and a LOT of rocks and construction debris. Light poles don't work and have exposed bolts that could seriouly injure if someone were to fall on them. The "recreation area" listed on the website's property map is actually a debris field. Management IS friendly and attentive to some needs, but overall I am seriously disappointed. I've only been here a few months and won't be renewing.
