I moved here in November. Management was incredibly accomodating. They're open to all kinds of ideas. Not quick to fix stuff, but when they do fix something they do a nice job. There's a nice mix of people in the community. Mostly very friendly. Kids are really polite and mostly well-mannered. Sometimes a little noisy, but they respond well to requests to queit down. Management has responded well to complaints of noise at late hours. It's incredibly convenient to a lot of different places.
