Haven't moved in yet but... ...Diane and Debbie both seem to be sweethearts and I met one of the owner brothers and he seemed like a genuinely nice person. They have all been very cordial and very helpful in helping me plan my move which will be in about two weeks.

Really nice place I moved here in November. Management was incredibly accomodating. They're open to all kinds of ideas. Not quick to fix stuff, but when they do fix something they do a nice job. There's a nice mix of people in the community. Mostly very friendly. Kids are really polite

Quiet community We lived in Fall River and moved here. What a difference. We love it! We don't have the bad stuff from the city. It's really nice here. Our apartment is big, nice bathrooms and tons of closet space! We'll renew our lease next year-definitely.

A real nice place I've been in a lot of apartment communities. This one is above the rest! Great neighbors, apartment is really spacious with lots of closet space. Nice grounds and pool area and whirlpool. Staff is reall easy to approach and responds within 24 hours. We're on our 2nd

Not kid friendly The common areas have little to no grass and a LOT of rocks and construction debris. Light poles don't work and have exposed bolts that could seriouly injure if someone were to fall on them. The "recreation area" listed on the website's property map is actually a

Used to be a good place, but not anymore We lived here for 4 years. For the first couple of years the place was great. Staff were nice, repairs were done immediately, we were never harassed to move cars or threatened about being towed, etc.
