but, the baker chocolate apt.s still have the ambiance and features of the first chocolate factory in america, with most apt.s having some exposed brick, beams and unique floorplans. There is on-site management consisting of a manager, full time assistant manager and a part time office assistant, as well as 2 full-time maintenance superintendent's and full-time janitor. My husband and I have lived here approaching 5 years and we are fortunate to have a beautiful view of the Neponset River. We marvel at how peaceful, quiet and clean the building and grounds are. Sure, you hear the occasional ambulance and deal with the heavy intersect traffic during peak hours, but come on, this is the outskirts of Boston. If you want quiet move to the country! I can only say good things about the Baker Chocolate Factory and hope that in time it will turn in to a homeownership opportunity as I will be the first in line to buy my unit.
