This place is horrible. If you move here it will definitely be a mistake. You can hear everything people do in their aparments. Maintenance is horrible. Their bathtubs are redone by bathfitters and they are not fitted correctly. There has been water in between the fitted tub and the original tub. I have lived there for two months and because of this I have not been able to take a bath. Taking a shower is not easy at all as there is an enormous bubble in between the tubs. Bath fitters has came twice and has yet to correct the problem. I am a day away from calling building inspectors (as I know mold is building up.) Apartments a constantly freezing. They do not clean the apartments when a tenant has moved out. I had to lay liners in the cabinets. My carpet is old and dirty, I had to shampoo it already (I've been there since May 1st). You would think since your on the Milton Line that it would be somewhat safe. I've already seen the police outside the building 3 times.
Did not stick around to find out what they were there for. I am trying so desparetly to break my lease. This is by far the worst mistake I will ever make. Oh yeah, good luck making it from the parking lot to your apartment. New problem I have also started to see mice in my apartment. This is by far the last straw. I cannot deal with this. My lease is up in May and I am so out of there. WARNING DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
