We have lived here for over a year. Still can't get used to the buses screaming by the windows day and night. You have no control over the climate other than to open a window however you don't want to do this either because you wont sleep - the buses run at all hours and are deafening. So you get heat when you are already boiling and then you receive a bill for the unwanted heat - pretty frustrating!!!!
Apartments themselves are nice...love the exposed brick and beams. The common areas are gross...no other way to describe. The hallways are dark and smell terribly...my boyfriend seems to believe someone cooks cats in our hallway....disgusting. Paint is old and dingy...needs serious attention!
Parking literally is a nightmare. My car was broken into when parked under the "cameras" in the lot...however no justice has yet to be served! There is no paring for guests or even a second tenant...one dangerous/risky spot per apartment.
No dogs allowed...don't understand this rule, common areas/hallways couldn't smell worse or be dirtier if they allowed pigs!
Rent increased significantly this year and yet the t is still not running as promised.
Mice have been an issue on several occassions and we are extremely clean tenants so this is very upsetting. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
