If you like to be taken advantage of, this is the place to live, they manipulate the utility bill and expect you to pay. When you asked them to do a breakdown they brush you off and inform you that you have to pay the utility bill by the first of the month, if not eviction process will begin. Now there is a rodent problem that has gotten out of hand, also the place is filty, and the mangement don't care. I lived their for 11 years and I just moved. This was a beautiful place until Halkeem Mangement took over. For those who are their I would look into breaking my lease. The rodent problems should allow you to. Godd Luck.
