I lived here for 3 years from 2001-2003. I was on the second floor. The worst part of living here is the noise from the first floor people (projects) who share one unit with multiple families. They gather ouside nightly, sit and chat all night long. The crow gets bigger as the night goes on. It's really lound and noisy until 1 to 2 am!! They often fight and a ploice doesn's make a big deal out of it.
The place is spacious and has a gym and all that, but I don't recommend living here if you want a quiet place to live. After all, this is a project! (10% of the housing is for the low income units.)
Oh, one last thing, one of my car tires was slashed.
