The location is nice, its on the water, the buildings are decent and the price isnt too bad, but not that good either. DONT BE FOOLED it's still a project, its still Dorchester. Maintence is almost non existant. The section 8 people make this complex not worth a drive by. People honking their horns outside constantly, kids roaming the street at night. But they have security right' Their security has a deal with the local towing company and they will tow your vehicle for any reason for a kick back. Nice huh'
