I live in the 1 South Point bldg, been there since Summer 2000. Renewed my lease for the 2004-2005 period. I have little complaints. Maybe it's cuz my bldg is at the very edge of the complex, away from the noise and trouble. I have almost no issues. Maintenance responds quick, so does the security for anything, and they are generally nice, did me a couple of favors too. Ppl on my floor at least, are rather nice. Yeah every now and then ppl leave food bag or drink can in the elevator, but no biggie I guess.

Rent stayed the same price all the years. And we get like $100 off to renew, not so bad. The location rocks, and I park underground in my bldg which is really nice. It's the only bldg though in the complex with its own undergrnd garage.

I dunno what your issues are ppl. But you should move to my bldg, seriously. I don't even live on the top most floor or anything.
