Here are my "off the top of my head" comments:
Girlfriends' car got broken in, Some homie's tried to break in while my roomate was home...this place is so ghetto. If I was on welfare then this place would be awesome. For any normal income person it is terrible.
The most decieving place. the apartments are very nice inside. Never had a problem with mainataince or managment. Neighbors inside building were poilte. But outside inthe ghetto buildings is a different story. a scary place to be espeecially if you are a woman. Just a sad sad place. and a shame.
Don't be fooled by the Central AC.. there is one duct in your apt and you have heat OR AC not heat AND AC. They turn the AC on during the "Summer Months"
Moved to South Boston and couldn't be happier
