Horrible, You will get MUgged

Dont ever stay here. If you walk down at night time, people will follow you and mug you. They will break in to your house and steal things.
Security knows where all the mugging takes place and its the same people standing there everyday, but they don't care and don't take any actions. Get a feeling that security is also involved in all these crimes that happen here.
The leasing director is one hell of a person. All the leasing agents are bad mouthed people. Nobody will respect you and they will try their best to fool you.
Stay away, you will be happier.
