I have lived in Harbor Point for a few months now and I feel it is okay. The rent is reasonable, the facilities are nice and I feel very safe. The parking situation is okay; all the people I have been in contact with are reasonably nice. However, the summer months are a little noisier because of all the kids hanging out in the streets. The cable problem is annoying; I wish Comcast and the CMJ managemnt could just come to an agreement because it is really ridiculous. My general review is this - Harbor Point is a nice place to live but still has some improvements to make - it can be a better place!
