Lived there for two years; It was really convenient for commuting and my apartment had a nice view.

Security here is a joke; could have been worse though; since this place is in Dorchester. Car break-ins were common; never heard of any theft though. My room mate had a brand new car.

Many of my friends had their apartments broken into. There was lot of noise from "gangs" hanging around on the streets especially in the summers; but I never felt threatened. Still Harbor Point is probably best part of Dorchester - if that is any consolation.

All the reapir work was prompt; My refrigerator broke down and was replaced next day. However the people working in office can be very unprofessional.

Lawns and grouds are nice and so is Gym/Pools.

Overall; live there ONLY IF YOU HAVE TO; otherwise it is not worth the trouble and risk.
