Many reviews in this website seem to have been written by the managers themselves; else nothing explains how there can be rosy reviews of this place.
I am not totally aginst Harbor Point management; they are doing a decent job of keeping this place from degenerating into a hell-hole; which it was a few years ago. Then it was called by a different name "Columbia Point". A simple Google search for "Columbia Point" in Boston shall give you decent idea of this place.
I would say management is trying it's best but their PERSONNEL; including the managers, the office receptionist (some thick-skin person) and the lady who collects the rent ( the BIG liar) - some collection of jokers.
Security folks are decent and usually couteous, so is the main gate attendants. But you better not have a reason to go to the management office, else you shall soon be writing a review like this.
Welcome to one of the worst places to live, please live here should you want to participate as a guinea pig in a unique social experiment as management tries transform former "Columbia Point" into current day "Harbor Point"

I lived at 30 Harbor Point for 3 years before buying a house. Enjoyed my time there and had no probelems with other residents or the management. Columbia Point WAS a very bad area in the 80s, it was also a cow pasture, a prisoner of war camp, an army barracks and a settlement camp for immigrants many many years ago. It's come a long way from those days and it seems that today they have quite the successful social experiment. So yes, please search on google for Columbia Point, but also be sure to read "A Decent Place to Live: From Columbia Point to Harbor Point-A Community History." The book was written by someone who has no connection to CMJ Management or Harbor Point.
