I've been living here for a few months. On the outside its a nice place, but there is alot of people living here on section 8 (it was originally a low income area---Columbia Point, but now it's mixed housing). In the winter it is pretty quiet, but now that the weather is getting nice there is alot of section 8 people outside (usually in small groups or playing loud music). Some of them have rude comments or remarks, but if you ignore them its not that bad. There is ample parking, but it's not well lit. The view here is beautiful and if you don't mind living with a bunch of section 8 people then I would recommend it. If you're not big on this then I would not recommend it.

That is funny. I have lived here for 4 years and never once had a problem with section 8 people. Its always the students from Umass who ruin it for the rest of us. (I was one once)

Hey, some section 8 people truly deserve section 8 due to disability etc. Some other people with section 8 use it to sit on their ass, smoke weed, and be -------s with no jobs. I'm sorry, but some sec. 8 people ruin it for the rest of us hardworking struggling but unsupported americans. p.s. some of these sec. 8 always black people! why? have made comments to me while I walk home.

There are a quite good ------- americans. But the matter of fact, a few people who sit infront of house, drives so fastly, shouts horribly, making comment while walk. If management takes proper actions, this would be one of the best places in boston

okay...all the people who have posted ---- about black people this and black people that are racist obviously. so ---- you you ignorant ----s, enjoy your bliss. I dont give a ---- what color anyone is...I just have a few questions. I am about to move into the apartments soon and i wanted to know if it is as bad as people are saying on this sight. I have reason to believe what they say because why would anyone take the time to lie about an apartment complex on the internet? Anyway, I lived in chinatown for 2 years and dealt with dealers and crackheads, but never really had problems, people just need to learn to mind there business and everythings fine...we are all in the sturggle but some are a little less "fortuante" so they are making it any way they can. whatever, i dont want to get into that ----...Im white, im from detroit, and i have a nice car (not really that nice but i like it, its a newer pontiac) is it gonna get stolen or broken into? has anyone else had bed bugs? will my girlfriend get harrassed when she walks to the gym? does the heat work? thats all i really care about. there are ass hole everywhere you go, no matter what color or financial situation (rich white folk are much more rude that any poor folks) So can someone please put my mind at ease so I can move into this place and enjoy the free parking and free gym, not to mention my own apartment without OCD bypolar roomates?
