All I have to say is that this is a wonderful place at a great price! I enjoy the walk in the waterfront and the green areas. My apartment is always well kept and my neighbors are very nice and friendly. Security is a great plus. I really feel safe walking with my two years old daughter. Parking is always available. And the community activities, such as: Safety Day, Christmas Party, summer BBQs, meet the neighbor events, etc are really wonderful. I have even received a Mother Day call from the management team. You do not get this experience anywhere in Boston.
