I have to say when I started looking for a place HP seemed to me a good option in all respects. However, after I moved in I was in for a rude awakening, a disillusionment that continued for my last year of stay. The attitude of people is crappy, HP security is awful in particular. These guys have a bullying attitude and are very uncouth. Similarly, Management is less than considerate and not very accommodative. Leasing guys don't give a damn when it comes to increasing rent randomly. Maintenance is awful, there are bed bugs, roof leaks, moths and smell. My advice to you all, if you find an apartment in Quincy or elsewhere even for $100/mnth higher rent, Go for that.
