When I lived at 100 Oceanview Dr, my upstairs neighbor who was a Umass Boston student had his apartment broken into, vandalized and personal belongings stolen and strewn all over the floor.
He moved out of that ghetto right away.
The mgmt office refunded his money.
But others who moved out weren't so lucky and the mgmt office kept their deposits.
You can see and smell ---- and piss in the stairs or elevators, front doors get smashed to pieces whenever drunk section 8 idiots can't get in.
The security detail that is supposed to promote law and order do NOTHING to dispel beer drinking, loud idiots from their gathering places -- they show up, drunks disband for a minute and then they are back out.

When you walk around the apt. buildings look at tire marks on the asphalt -- these marks are left by screeching tires of the section 8 trash that live there.
Driving in that area (even outside Harborpoint) is very dangerous and you could get yourself killed or your car damaged very easily.

If you could compare Harbor point to the rung s of hell, it's the last rung, it couldn't get any worse than this.
