It is a tragedy that these apartments exist on pirme land right on the ocean.

I have lived here for 11 months, 2 days, 5 hours and counting - down to the end of my lease. Since I've lived here I've been shocked by the lack of building upkeep and maintenance, the dirty hallways, the horrible smells, and the elevators that sporadically work. I wonder where the people who have written positive statements about this complex have lived before - probably public housing projects. Believe me. This place is just one small step up. You can even hear your neighbors urinating through the walls. Trust me. I just heard a toilet flush.
