While I think the maintanance team is excellent, the leasing team very responsive and the water front property is pretty nice, I have less to say about the property management office. Don't even try calling, you will not reach anyone for a month or more. If you like to be charged for things without knowing that you will have to foot the bill ahead of time, this is the right place for you. Their onsite carpet contractor is most likely a fraud, overcharging outrageous prices for his services/carpet cleaning...If we had good/decent carpet, perhaps I could understand, but the carpet is rather cheap. I've found the management office to be extremely unaccommodating and inaccessible. This is the worse management office/landlord I have dealt with. I also had to deal with noise due to loud concerts/speakers from private parties held at one of the centers past the "quiet hours" on Saturday nights. I am glad to be moving out.
