Not the best, definately not the worst

For a college student out on her own for the first time, Harbor Point is definately not too bad. The location is beautiful. If you're not racist or too stuck up to live in a diverse apartment community, you won't have a problem with the community. Mostly college students and ethnic families, but I've never had a problem.
Security cars are driving up and down the streets CONSTANTLY, and have responded promtply to 2 noise I made, AND have broken up almost every party my roommates and I have tried to have..they're really cracking down lately which isn't a bad thing at all.
There may be mice in your apartment if you don't change the trash for a while (gross but I know plenty of peers who tend to forget trash attracts pests). It's an old building, and I've only seen one mouse ever, so while it's yucky I've seen worse in old tenements.
All in all, I really like living here. It's in Boston, but not in the middle of the city...The train station is a 10 minute walk and it's pretty nice here.
