I'm living here since oct'2006. Place is good to live but if you have some maintenance problem then it is worse because ist of all you have to call many times there maintenance office then some one will come to have a look then disapears for many days; if you call again to maintenance office to enquire about they say they doesn't have any complaint against this apt in there records.
Now if you call the management office they say call to maintenance any how if you able to convience them that nobody is addressing our problem then they will forward the call to some one at heigher management where nobody picks the phone and at last you have to leave the voice mail.
Eg in my case after repeated tries i got voicemain from there property manager showing concern abt my problem and she ask me to call back hence i'm trying from last 3 days but i'm getting message either she is in meeting or on vacation. It is ridiclous.

You rated parking as low, I beg to differ at one point in the open lots we had four cars and visitors. The garage area is pretty inexpensive compared to the rest of Boston. $75 per month covered secured, $50 per month secured uncovered. Everything else was free.
