Good view and good house
Very unsafe area, dont even dare to walk in the evening. I was robbed twice.
Worse management. Soon i realized taht i had to move out and i was not able to come-out from the lease as the management have no interest in transferring your lease. Once you signed the lease, you will be stuck. You can sense the kind of people they have in there office. Very bad services.
Not worth it. go for an independent house or condo. Not for this one dont get caught in ocean front view, its useless.
