these apartments are really nice it's the neighborhood that they are in that stinks. It's definately no place to raise children or even a pet. Shoot outs every night and you never know who is hiding out in your hallway. The kids in the area are so bad and the parents are always ready to fight, it's very much drug infested and there are so many crack heads and dope fiends in the area. BP always flying up and down Elm Hill Ave, it's a mess they really need to get it together around there. I have lived in the area allllllll my life and have seen the amount of crime in the area

The area isn't bad as the response given below. We have a judge,local council members,lawyer and a pastor on Schuyler street alone and the neighborhood is still in good condition. Granted we have gone through obstacles, but we are still here. I live here on this street for almost 20 years and raising young children here aswell. Yes people make the neighborhood, but it also takes a neighborhood to get back to the way it was before. The apartments are nice and roomy. There are also laundry rooms on site. These are nice buildings.

Yes ive lived on sonoma and seaver over the last 10 plus years and its not that bad as people are saying...
