The Peninsula 18% Recommended May 07 2008: They will charge you for every little thing they can think of. I am not happy with the people at the front desk, the rooms are nice but far too pricey for location and quality. Look somewhere else. I'm planning on looking elsewhere. Baker's Chocolate Apartments 33% Recommended Apr 24 2008: If you like to be taken advantage of, this is the place to live, they manipulate the utility bill and expect you to pay. When you asked them to do a breakdown they brush you off and inform you that Harbor Point Apartments 44% Recommended Apr 20 2008: This was my first apartment, so not much experience. However I am a law student (landlord-tenant concentration) so I have a little more experience there. Moved into Harbor Point (66 Beach Point Place) mid July 07. No problems, we did The Peninsula 18% Recommended Mar 17 2008: This apartment is great if you go to school at U Mass, but bad if you don't.
