Harbor Point Leasing office sucks I need to get out of my lease. Cant seem to find anyone to take over my lease and to ge honest I dont even want anyone to live in my apartment because its infested with mice. What are my rights? Please someone give me some advice.

Not Recommended. Not recommended. Earlier those days the rents were lower so at least there was some justification. Now the rents have shot up, it makes no sense. The place is lousy, in the night times you can always see small kids wandering alone. Friday and Saturday nights if you can stay

Really terrible staff They will charge you for every little thing they can think of. I am not happy with the people at the front desk, the rooms are nice but far too pricey for location and quality. Look somewhere else.
